Getting started

What does Clean Immigration do?

We help individuals and families prepare USCIS applications. That includes working out which forms apply to your situation, building a document checklist, completing the forms and reviewing the full package with you before it is filed.

How does the first consultation work?

You choose a time and we meet by video or phone.

  1. We listen to your situation and your dates

  2. We answer your questions

  3. We agree on the application that fits and what we need from you

Which languages do you work in?

English, Turkish and Spanish. Tell us your preference when you get in touch and we will use it throughout your application.

Applications and documents

Which applications can you help with?
  • Visitor (B1/B2) extensions and changes of status

  • F-1 and E-2 changes of status

  • Family and marriage petitions

  • Green card renewal and citizenship

  • Work permits and travel documents

What documents should I prepare?

It depends on the application, and after your consultation you receive a personalized checklist. Most applications start with your passport, your most recent I-94 record and documents showing your current status.

How do I know which form I need?

The right form depends on your current status, your goal and your dates. That is exactly what the first consultation is for: we look at your situation and confirm the application that fits before any form is filled in.

Working with us

Can we meet online?

Yes. Every consultation and review can take place by video or phone, so you can work with us from anywhere in the United States.

How long does preparation take?

It depends on the application and how quickly your documents come together. We give you an estimate for your case during the consultation.

How do I send you my documents?

After your consultation we explain how to share your documents with us, and we confirm when each one has arrived.
